Tell us what you have
Reach out with a rough idea of what needs to go, whether that's a few carts, a storage room, or a whole collection, plus your location and any deadline you're working against. You don't need to count, sort, box, or inventory anything first. A ballpark is plenty.
We confirm a free pickup date
We get back to you quickly to confirm the details and set a pickup date that works around your hours and your staff. On larger jobs we plan the logistics, including trucks, pallets, dock access, and timing, so the day itself is easy on your end.
Our crew does the heavy lifting
Our team arrives with the trucks, boxes, and people to load and haul everything out. We do the lifting, the carrying, and the cleanup. Your staff keeps working. There's nothing for them to do but point us to the books.
The books get put to use
Back at our facility, every book gets looked at. The ones we can resell go back into circulation and reach new readers. Everything else gets recycled. Nothing ends up in a landfill, which gives you a clean result to report to your board and your patrons.

No cost, no catch
We never charge libraries for pickup, labor, hauling, or disposal. The model works because reselling the usable books pays for the service, so clearing your shelves costs you nothing and keeps good books out of the trash.
